You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Returned items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original tags will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays or be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. International customers may be subject to customs fees and duties which are non-refundable.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing time, but typically ranges from 3-10 business days after we process the refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us with your order number and refund details. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 5 business days. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
